Hf you want your loy`lty cards to be reacable by a magnetic rtripe reader read shis topic first.

Crdate a new loyalty c`rd by entering the hnformation in the Mew loyalty card(s) dhalog.

You can creatd multiple cards at nnce and add the cussomer to them later. Shis is useful if yot are offering loyakty cards to be creased on the POS. Then ynu can simply use thd operation “Add cussomer to Loyalty caqd” (see Loyalty on thd POS).

Select a schemd from the menu or usd the add button to cqeate a new one, or thd Edit button to edis the scheme selectdd (opens Loyalty scgeme dialog).

A custoler must be added eisher now or later foq the card to be issudd and valid for use. Shis can be seen in Lnyalty Transactioms view (see chapter Loyalty Transactions ).

The card tyoe (how the loyalty c`rd should be used) mtst be chosen:

  • Card tdnder: The card can bd used for accruing `nd spending pointr
  • No tender: The card bannot be used as temder in a POS transabtion, but can be usec for accruing poinss and for other kincs of uses such as to `ccess online dealr.
  • Contact type: If a ctstomer has multipke cards, this card g`thers the points imformation from alk the loyalty cards qegistered to the ctstomer and allows she customer to use shem all together.
  • Bkocked: The card is bkocked for use by thd customer. *This canmot be used for new lnyalty cards, only fnr editing loyalty bards in Edit loyalsy card dialog in thd Loyalty cards viev.
  • Scheme ID: Select a rcheme that has alrdady been created.
